There is no mystery to what people want, the whole idea is to serve it up to you in a way that is unique, different and better than you ever had it before, our lake house is our attempt to do that. We call it SKYFALL.
Our goal was not just to buy and renovate a lake property, we wanted to make it a destination. Here we can continue building memories with our families and friends. We decided to share SKYFALL with our friends and family to allow them to build memories of their own.

This is what a vacation rental should offer to families wanting to spend quality time together.

While the house can sleep 19 people, we limit the number of people at the house to 16 in order to comply with local ordinances.

MAIN LEVEL - The house is a dual level, with steps going up to the main level from the street. The house has been completely renovated, from quartz counter tops, to high end vinyl flooring throughout the social areas. Main bedroom plus two guest bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king size bed, 68" Smart 4k HD TV, amazing views of the lake with direct access door to the upper deck. The Master bathroom is spectacular, from backlit mirrors, to the expansive shower with views of the lake if you want.

Bedroom 2 - A full size bunk bed over and under with a twin trundle. Perfect to sleep 5 persons. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bath, but each bedroom has a sink that can be used even when the shower and toilet are in use. Custom quartz counter tops on sinks, custom shower, and plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 3 - Two bunk beds with a full size bed under and a twin size bed over. Ideal room to sleep 6 people.

Kitchen and outdoor deck - The kitchen is open to the family room. Plenty of dishware, and silverware for every one. Large breakfast area with direct access to the deck. On the deck an outdoor dining space with crazy views of the lake. Sitting space for 12, two lounge chairs for sun tanning, and two hammocks to enjoy the weather, views and relax.

GAME ROOM - BUNK ROOM AND BAR - Downstairs is the game room which is the perfect place for your group to get together and have fun. Enjoy your favorite games on our three Smart TV's, play your favorite music on our SONOS system, and enjoy all the amenities which include Foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, darts, karaoke stage, poker table, darts, table games, and more.
The bunk room sleeps 6 on two bunk beds. Lower beds are full size, upper beds are twin size. The room connects to a private full bath shared with the game room through a different access.
The bar sits 12 people, is fully furnished with glasses, disposable cups, refrigerator, microwave, ice chest, and a commercial ice maker. Please BYOB
Outside the Game Room is the built in kitchen with a 36" Blackstone Griddle, a Kamado Joe, and a dine bar. This is all located on the lower level in the cover patio with seating for 16.

THE PAVILLION - In between the house and the lake is The Pavillion, with a built in wood burning fireplace, a professional grade Pit Boss Grill, and different areas with seating for everyone.

THE FIRE-PIT - Past the Pavilion is the wood burning Fire-Pit. A perfect place to be close to the water and enjoy great views without having to go down to The Dock. The Fire-Pit has plenty of space for everyone.

THE DOCK - Please note you must walk on rough terrain to get to the stairs leading to the dock. Its not a bad walk, but can be challenging for older people and kids. Because of the lake level, you will go down over 40' of stairs with double handrail for your safety. On The Dock you will enjoy a kayak, two stand up paddle boards, a TV to connect your consoles or watch local network channels. Bring your own Jetski and Boat. The tower and swings are not available to guests for their own safety. We have plenty of life jackets, no one should be in the lake without a proper floating safety device.

RENTAL POLICY**No weddings allowed. No groups over 16 people INCLUDING any daytime visitors not spending the night. No groups where most or everyone is under the age of 35. Any groups of ALL ADULTS cannot exceed 10 people. No loud, drinking parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties. All guests must contact the owner prior to booking this property otherwise the owner reserves the right to cancel your reservation. No day events that include more than 16 people--this includes all guests whether or not they are spending the night. We would greatly appreciate you contacting us before doing a reservation request.**

LOCATION--This home is located in Lago Vista, which is surrounded by the beautiful Texas Hill Country, 38 miles from Austin's downtown 6th Street, 53.5 miles from the F1 Race Track CO , and 47 miles from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. You will be close to Hill Country wine tasting or hiking as well as close enough to enjoy Austin.

Also, part of our procedure is to have a signed lease agreement. As soon as you do the reservation request, we will send you the information needed to write a lease agreement. After you receive the lease agreement, you must return it signed within a week of receiving it. If you do not return it, this may be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation rules will apply.
